「Home was very clean and nicely decorated. It is listed as all on 1 floor but the Queen bedroom and laundry area does have 2 steps up to reach. We were traveling with an elderly family member so we just swapped planned rooms but want to make others aware in case of mobility issues. Derek was very responsive anytime I contacted him. Location was off the beaten path and nice and quiet but quickly and easily accessible to all falls attractions. I would absolutely stay here again when I return」

The house is well kept and very well stocked. 3 full bathrooms were a plus for our group of 7 adults and 4 children.
