Non recommandé ! Le gardien (Theo) était fondamentalement injouable, jamais rappelé. Dans l'ensemble, il y avait des défauts et des dommages dus à l'absence d'entretien. Nous n'avons pas eu de douche pendant 5 jours (mais ce n'est pas la faute de la propriétaire !), puis seulement de l'eau saumâtre provenant d'une citerne sale (parce qu'elle n'était pas nettoyée), des drains complètement bouchés, donc aussi des inondations constantes et des eaux usées dans l'évier de la cuisine, 6 jours pas de réfrigérateur et de routeur cassés. De plus, d'autres défauts et des vers annelés dans toute la maison !En fin de compte, nous avons été facturés pour des dommages qui existaient déjà à l'arrivée (siège de toilette et lavabo en vrac : le premier a été réparé par nous-mêmes, le second est dû à l'effritement du plâtre et à aucun silicone !).

séjour au calme en famille

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits à la maison qui est très confortable et très calme, cependant, arrivés un premier mai, nous avons pu entrer à la maison mais nous avons dû attendre 2 heures l'arrivée du gérant pour avoir des informations plus précises sur l'éclairage et le fonctionnement des différents appareils... Ensuite tout s'est bien passé

Vraiment génial!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette belle maison. Elle était très propre - merci Yacine - et le jardin et la piscine étaient magnifiques. Nous espérons revenir!

très belle maison

la maison correspond totalement au descriptif. Belles prestations. Lieu très calme et environnement enchanteur. A choisir sans hésitation si vous recherchez un lieu de repos. Les services de Yacine sont parfaits, une personne très discrète et très efficace. Poisson frais, ou volaille proposés à votre porte régulièrement. Un vrai régal. Malgré un petit "couac" à notre arrivée, une compensation à été proposée. Nous recommandons/ 2 couples en séjour en février 2020.

The area was absolutely beautiful and the house was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was very hot in the days and the lovely pool cooled us off. The nights were quite cool (December) but we were forced to use the AC down stairs because the windows did not provide security unless the shutters were closed and locked. The doors also provided little security at night and Theo warned us to lock everything really well. Maybe grillage would be good for the doors and downstairs windows? Just an idea. The water had issues but Theo took care of everything. Thank you, great stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La villa est vraiment belle, le jardin et la piscine bien entretenus. Les équipements indispensables pour la saison sont là, notamment la climatisation et les transats. Et une mention spéciale pour Yacine, si efficace et qui cuisine tellement bien! Le ménage est impeccable. Et Théo a su nous montrer une partie des beautés de son pays. Toute la famille a grandement apprécié ce séjour. Merci 😊

La maison est très bien pensée avec des grandes salles de bains communiquant au RDC et a l'étage avec les 2 chambres. Les équipements sont en très bon état , ( climatisation, équipements de cuisine...) Notre coup de cœur s'est porté sur une formidable rencontre avec notre guide Théo et notre Fatou Yacine tous deux très discrets et bienveillants avec nos enfants. Les enfants vous regrettent.... Le quartier est sécurisé, la plage a 25 min de marche. Et nous avons eu aussi des bons moments avec les singes...alors n'hésitez pas à laisser trainer une ou deux mandarines !

Agréable séjour en famille dans villa très confortable et bien équipée, au calme tout en restant non loin du village de Nianing. En résidence sécurisée, sans l'impression d'avoir des voisins. La piscine est superbe et la vue sur la lagune simplement magnifique. Repos garanti. Bel atmosphère de nature avec de nombreux oiseaux, nous avons même eu droit à la visite des singes. Tout était parfait. A refaire...

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé en famille un excellent séjour chez Barbara. La maison est parfaite et idéalement située pour ce reposer les pieds dans l'eau tout en observant une foultitude d'oiseaux. Pas un bruit à l'exception de ceux des oiseaux et des singes. Que du bonheur !!! Yacine a été au petit soin pour nous. Elle cuisine délicieusement bien et sait rester très discrète dans la maison. Théo a toujours été disponible pour nous apporter les réponses à nos questions. Un excellent séjour à recommencer.

Environnement paradisiaque, tranquillité, calme

Par quoi commencer ... Arrivé la nuit j'ai pleinement découvert les lieux le lendemain matin. En amoureux de la nature je n'ai pas été déçu ! Formidable vue sur la Lagune, passage d'oiseaux magnifique, cocotiers... Aucun vis a vis, piscine ensoleillée toute la journée donc a température parfaite. Quant au personnel, très très discret ce qui est croyez moi quelque chose de rare. Yacine: très bonne cuisinière et ménage impeccable ! Théo (chauffeur et gérant): Très sympathique vous aidera dans tout vos besoins. Karim (jardinier et pisciniste): Arrive le matin fait son travail, très discret. Non loin du poste de garde un sentiment de sécurité supplémentaire vient s'ajouter au fait d’être dans un endroit ou les entrées sont contrôlés. Propriétaire très sympa ! Mon prochain séjour en ce lieu est déjà réservé ce qui en dit long ... Merci pour tout a très bientôt

Séjour magnifique

Villa au top, cuisinière et chauffeur super sympa et à l'écoute de la moindre demande. Une vue imprenable sur la lagune depuis la terrasse, piscine creusée très bien entretenue avec un petit kiosque dans le jardin pour l apéritif. A proximité l'océan aclantique pour combler nos yeux. Prochaine vacance déjà prévu et merci encore pour cette magnifique villa.

Tres bon sejour a conseiller

Tres Bon Seoul petit dejeuner dans Le kioste avec vue sur la Lagune Velo a disposition pour la promenade et aller a la plage ou au village 2 eme sejour dans cette residence nous envisageons de passer les fetes de fin d'annee dans cette location Notre chauffeur Theo qui est a disposition comme guide toujours sympa C' est un plaisir de gouter les plats de Yasine notre gouvernante Rien a faire formidable!!!! Gardien super sympa Un seul mot formidable!!!!!
