“So upon arrival to Nuestra Casa I was very displeased. The pool was visibly dirty as well as the kitchen area. I spoke with a manager at their sister hotel Casa Oro and they were very accommodating and switched my room. My stay at Ana Lucia was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“Total lies on the website regarding this location. There are no room fridges or A/C. Totally misleading and when contacted no one speaks English or will help. We only stayed for a couple of nights because of being so misled and no refund was offered. In fact there reply was, hope to see you again. Would not recommend at all.”

“Loved the pool area, did not realize all rooms did not have AC but we got to switch rooms to much nicer one with AC. The towels were washed but stained dirty, the sink drain leaked all over the floor and the bathroom doorknob came off when trying to leave the bathroom. The owner seemed very nice but the manager was not friendly, didn’t give us any intro to anything at check in. Do not recommend unless you’re looking for a quick cheap overnight on the way to somewhere else. It’s too bad because……
