“This is an older but nicely remodeled home. Beautiful views even with a rainy weekend. The lake laps right up to the edge of the property. Very close to town for entertainment but far enough away that you can get alone time. We would make 2 very strong recos. Put up curtains or blinds in the living room; it's disconcerting that the neighbors can see right in. Also, leave an instruction sheet for the TV; it was very challenging trying to figure out how the remote worked and what options were……

“cute place ACROSS the street from the water. It was still very pretty. Unfortunately our wifi was out the whole weekend and the house was ice cold when we arrived. Once the place warmed up we were able to enjoy ourselves”

“Angelique is a sweetheart and was responsive, and the place was clean. We thought we would at least have a lake view. No view but a fence behind, into carport, & other cabins. None of the hard metal chairs inside or on porch were comfortable to sit on, and neither was couch for lounging. Bed uncomfortable. AC unit loud, and couldnt open bedroom window. Can hear noise from highway close by. Easy walk to lakeshore, but water was toxic from algae and mercury, so advised by a walker to not let dog……

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the place wasn't quite what we had expected. It was advertised as having lake access and being a great place to swim from the private dock. However, even when we booked, the lake would not have been swimmable due to toxic algae blooms. Before we checked out, we found out from the hotel next door that there is another lake nearby (Blue Lakes) where all the locals go to swm. Wish we would have known about that earlier. Would recommend staying here but then going to……

“This property is simply AMAZING! My husband and I came here to reconnect and the ambiance you feel once you step on the grounds is unexplainable. Susan and staff were friendly. “The outdoor spa tub was broken, the water in it was full of garbage (the kids were disappointed), there was no ping pong table like in the photo, the curtains in the living room were dirty, there was no laundry detergent (had to call for delivery) and not enough quilts ( Had to call for delivery), mice were running from the ceiling at night.”

“I have stayed in various properties on the Lake over the last few years. This was BY FAR the best one. Everything in the description is accurate or better. Impeccably clean, every you need, nice linens, plenty of towels, equipped kitchen, beautiful fenced back yard with fire pit. The dock was amazing and the mini-patio in the middle was a nice feature in the evenings. Host was very responsive when we wanted to extend our stay. I rate this property A+++! Close to grocery store, restaurants, Upper……

“We had 12 people in our group and the house accommodated all of us adequately. There is plenty of space for everyone to find a lounge spot and hang out. The second kitchen was a bonus and made the stay that much more comfortable. The easy access to dock and water was great, the deck/patio and views were spectacular, and the hot tub was used every night-that too was a feature we did not anticipate appreciating so much.
