Located in Cagnes sur Mer, you'll enjoy both peace and quiet and proximity to everything. You'll be just a few minutes from the beaches.
It offers 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and an 80 cm TV, and one with 2 single beds.
There is a lovely lounge with a 130cm TV and an open-plan kitchen opening onto a pretty balcony.
But a stay on the Côte d'Azur is above all a stay outdoors! To make the most of the sunshine and azure blue skies, you can choose between the pretty balcony accessed through the large bay window in the living room, or the garden at the rear of the villa and on the ground floor (so you'll need to go down the outside stairs).
You'll also have your own private parking space.
## Access
You will have private access to the entire apartment and garden. The ground floor of the villa is a year-round apartment.

Located in the Bréguières district, the apartment is ideally situated. Just a few minutes from the beaches and points of interest, you'll also have easy access to major roads and public transportation for visiting our beautiful region.
