In the district of Promenade des Anglais, in a sunny position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. In the complex: lift, central heating system. Public car park at 400 m, extra. Shop 100 m, grocery 650 m, supermarket 650 m, restaurant 180 m, bar, bakery 300 m, café 180 m, bicycle rental 600 m, tram "Ligne 2" 270 m, bus stop "Magnan" 80 m, railway station "Nice-Ville" 2.5 km, shingle beach "publique" 50 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 21 km, riding stable 7 km, cycle lane 50 m. Nearby attractions: Musée Masséna 1.4 km, Place Masséna 2.4 km, Château de Nice 5 km, Vieux Nice 3 km, Arènes de Cimiez 5 km, Musée d'Art Moderne et Art Contemporain 4 km.
