Beautiful apartment house "Le Rossi", 6 storeys, built in 1938. In the district of Musiciens, in a quiet position, from the sea, 750 m from the beach. In the house: lift. Grocery 120 m, supermarket, restaurant 100 m, bakery 100 m, pedestrian zone 900 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, tram "Arrêt Ligne 2 Alsace-Loraaine" 400 m, bus stop "Sévillan" 150 m, railway station "Nice Ville" 550 m, shingle beach "publique" 750 m. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 22 km. Nearby attractions: Place Masséna/Coulée Verte 1.2 km, Vieux Nice 1.8 km, Musée Art Moderne Art Contemporain 1.9 km, Chateau de Nice 2.3 km, Cathédrale Russe 650 m, Promenade des Anglais 700 m.

Comfortable, well prepared and very good location!

The Apartment is well located, 15 minutes walk to the beach, big variety of shops around, bus and trens all near by for everywhere. The street it’s quiet day and night and neighborhood same. The apartment have all comfort we need to relax and enjoy the holidays. Really worth!
