The holiday apartment benefits from a prime location in Nice, from where the old town centre, the magnificent Basilica and Marc Chagall Museum are within 10-15 minutes walking distance.

The apartment’s neighbourhood is also a hub of lively nightlife and provides the perfect opportunity to unwind in restaurants and bars. Shops and supermarkets are close by, just 4-5 minutes walk from here, and facilitate a carefree stay here. At the same time, the proximity of a well-connected tram, public transportation and various other neighbourhoods like Cimiez, Mantega as well as the Poet\'s area also make this apartment an excellent base to fully enjoy Nice.

The famous beaches dotted on the coast can be enjoyed in just a 10-minutes car ride from here, and if guests wish to visit the other pearls of the riviera by car then, Voie Pierre Matthis is also close at hand!
