Property manager very disappointing. The apartment is clean and it’s in a great, but noisy, location (earplugs worked well at night). Trip started off well with him letting us check in early and clear directions to get the key. It should mention in the listing that there are 2 very steep staircases leading to the apartment we have large bags and that was quite difficult. Once inside we used the restroom and the sliding door wouldn’t open when we tried to exit the room. We contacted the property manager and he said it was our fault and to “fix it”. The Wi-Fi was not working once we figured out how to actually get it on (there were no instructions to the apartment whatsoever), and it became quite apparent that there was not going to be Wi-Fi during our three night stay as he kept saying he had to contact the owner, which apparently never happened as we never got Wi-Fi . On the second night, we had our third person coming to stay and we asked for the sheets for the sofa bed in the living room and he said that we had three places to sleep already, two on the double bed and one on the single bed and we didn’t need to get the sheets, should have let him know in advance. It doesn’t say anything about this in the listing. W and we were never asked beforehand. All in all the interaction with the property manager and his curt rudeness, was so stressful, it made the stay much less enjoyable.
