A lovely apartment in a great location next to the beach.The apartment had everything that you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine.The rooms were spacious, and the balcony space was a bonus.A very smooth check-in process and great communication throughout.

Wonderful location

The apartment was conveniently located near the Promenade and shopping. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Due to the two balconies, there was plenty of natural light filling the apartment. We stayed at this apartment for over a month, and we would not hesitate to rent here again.

Perfect location

Perfect location within walking distance to the beach, stores restaurants, cafes and train station. Very safe building, close to the airport, the Carrefours, and Uber friendly too!!

Apt has perfect location. You don’t want a car there as parking is expensive and difficult You can easily walk to everything with beac 1/2 block away

Our home away from home. The property is really as described. Charming Italian themed with lots of space. So many living spaces and areas to enjoy. Excellent kitchen and useful to have 1.5 bathrooms. Great location with easy access to everything. There are several parking lots nearby if you have a car. Excellent communication with host.

Location! Location

A wonderful, clean, spacious ,quiet, older apartment on the 5th floor with 2 large terraces, very well equipped and a friendly, helpful co-host. The location is perfect for walking to every area of Nice, the trams, the railway station, local restaurants, coffee shops and food stores and along the Promenade de Anglais. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious Apartment/Good Location in Nice

We stayed in this spacious and clean apartment that had a balcony on each side. Also had a partial view of the sea which was nice. Just a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach as well as a grocery store and restaurants. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Old Nice. Clothes washing machine was a bonus. Very secure building-code required to access both stairs and elevator to apartment once inside. Host & co-host were great communicators and very responsive -even recommended great places for dining. Would stay here again!

Spacious and airy apartment steps from the Mediterranean

This apartment, nearly across the street from the beach and steps from the seaside promenade, has large rooms and lots of natural light, and plenty of space to spread out and relax for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1child). The main bed and sofa bed were comfortable for sleeping and we got a lot of use of the washing machine with large drying rack and balcony with beach view! Check-in and out was easy and the building was clean, quiet and safe. The only downside was no air conditioning - we visited during a very hot spell and slept with doors open and fan running in the main bedroom, and kept shades lowered during the day while we were out.

An excellent property, fully equipped with everything you need (full kitchen, 1 1/2 bathrooms, hair dryer, etc), very clean and spacious. Terraces on either side of the property provided all day sun. Minutes from shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and across the street from the sea. Co-host Edith was proactive in reaching out to meet us for check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Return to Nice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location in Nice. Just steps away from the Promenade des Anglais, you could sit on the balcony off the kitchen and enjoy seeing what was going on below. The unit is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator if needed. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by as well. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Location, Location, Location!!

The location of this lovely apartment is what makes it so special! Within a two minute walk of the main promenade/beach and 5-10 minutes to a wide variety of bars/restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is very spacious with 2 balconies, perfect for winding down after a long day in the sun! It's well kept and super clean. Contact with the owner, should it be required, was very easy. Highly recommended!!!

Great Central Location Stay in Nice!

We had a wonderful time staying here while in Nice, very central and close to the beach and walkable to train station/old town. The apartment is also quite spacious. Property managers were great to work with and easily available. The issue we had was with the heat inside of the apartment as there was only a small fan, and it got very hot during the day and night even with windows open (or closed). The listing mentions parking which isn’t included but there is a parking garage nearby. Overall very nice stay!
