Great location close to the train station and about a 20 minute walk from the old town. Staff were nice. Hotel was very clean and air conditioning was amazing with the heat wave going on in France at the moment. They stored our bags for us on our last day which was handy. Overall would highly recommend for anyone planning to do lots of days trips due to the proximity to the train station.

Everything would have been fine, however we chose this hotel based on their advertising that a mini-fridge was included in the room. When we checked in, the fridge was warm and when we advised the front desk, the gentlemen said “it is a mini bar not a refrigerator”. The next day new staff at the front desk said they would have it fixed. On day 3 the response was that it was broken and they did not have another one to replace it! The suggestion was that we could keep anything that needed refrigeration in their fridge on the lobby level. Had we chosen a hotel without a mini fridge, it would have reflected in the price. Having prepaid for the room we did not get full value.

Nice hotel to stay in if you’re frequently out and about. It’s conveniently located very close to transit. Only about a 3 minute walk to Gare Thiers stop on L1. A 2 minute walk to Gare de Nice Ville where you could easily take a train out of the city. 10-15 minute walk to the seafront/Promenade Des Anglais. My only complaint is that you can easily hear your neighbours, which can be a bit disruptive but that all depends on who is sleeping next to you. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel!
