Unbelievable to see a sick person at 2:00AM in the front kept me for 45 min to check me in. First, he was trying to charge me again because he could not find my name. When I insist to check refresh his screen, he found out I have a reservation. The place really crappy with noisy drainage. Bed is the worth… I checked out at 9:00AM and did not want to stay there. Toilet bowl cover kept dropping in the toilet bowl with one screw attached and the Led was smaller than the toilet bowel. If the price is cheap that does not mean you will have a good rest.

Hotel is good value for the price. Walkable to the Port and the old town and if not very close to tram to take you all over. Hotel is nicely decorated and staff are friendly. Bathroom is very very small.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and I was given good advice on arrival by the owner on what to visit and what to avoid. The only downside is the lack of central heating but this could be easily remediate by having air water cooling units better than fans. Considering the one star only our stay was perfect as the hotel is at walking distance to everything and the tram station is nearby.The room was confortable and I would recommend it

Friendly and helpful staff was offset by an asthmatic barely functional aircon unit. I was only there one night but I wish I had known I was going to be on 4th floor (that’s 5th floor for the Americans reading this) as there is no lift, just a narrow set of steep stairs. I’m glad I only had hand luggage and a 10kg rucksack. All that said, after I checked out, they let me leave my gear whilst I spent a full day in Nice and were fine with me and others bringing lunch back and using the loo too.

Ótima estadia! Quero voltar com minha filha um dia
Eu gostei muito, pois é um hotel bem situado e próximo da SNFC, Central ferroviária de Nice Riquier. A rua do hotel é tranquila e tem um bom comércio nas redondezas. O quarto era confortavel, com escrivaninha, porém o banheiro achei apertado. Uma pessoa pesando mais de 65kg não entra ali. A vista da janela é agradável porque outros edifícios não estavam tão perto e dali vemos um bom pedaço do céu azul. Lugar tranquilo e silencioso. O café da manhã é farto, com café, suco, croissant, geléia, 2 pedaços de queijo diferentes, nutella e 2 frutinhas pequenas. Não consegui comer tudo. E o que mais gostei: lá existe um cãozinho lindo chamado Hector que é um encanto!

A cute single room, perfect for my stay. However, being on the 4th floor with no lift and a suitcase was hard work! The hot water was intermittent and it cut out completely during my shower on two mornings. That being said, the staff were very friendly and helpful and I was able to store my luggage on my last day after check out.
