Very clean hotel, good location quiet and close to City. Parking is onsite and lots of spaces. Best breakfast we ever had in a Hotel. I would stay here again.
Spacious well furnished room. Good buffet breakfast and excellent restaurant. Staff were very nice. There is access to a nice little swimming pool in the neighbouring Lou Castalet Aparthotel. The location is good to explore the coastal resorts and villages in the hills by car.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Clean room with friendly staff. This is not at the historic hilltop village, but on the lower town. There are limited dining options around the area. Breakfast was good. Overall a good place to stay for a short time.
My friends and I all agreed that we would rather have paid more to be closer to Nice or a more vibrant area. Carros has a McDonalds and a Lidl! This hotel is fine if you have a car but we ended up spending so much on taxis with food only available at the breakfast, lunch and dinner times. The whole hotel basically shuts on a Sunday. It’s fairly cheap and cheerful with a nice pool. I just think there is absolutely nothing special about this hotel. The grounds are very nice and well kept, with some excellent staff! (Apart from one moody lady on reception).
The rooms have excellent air con but single beds, just means two beds next to each other which isn’t always appropriate! I wouldn’t recommend but it wasn’t terrible. The rooms were always kept very clean, which is a plus.
Perfect for families, not so much for people seeking fun and frolics (without a taxi there and back).
We chose this hotel as a stop-over on our way from Italy to Andorra, because of its convenient location. The village is small and far enough from Nice, so you do not have to fight with the traffic there. They have ample of parking-spaces on their property available, so your car is savely parked for the night. On top of that, the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a must for us, since we are travelling with our dog. The rooms and bathrooms are new and beautifully equipped and fulfill all the expectations you have, when booking a four-star hotel. Soundproofness is very good, so we all had a calm and relaxing night. Most unfortunately they work with some kind of scented room-spray, that filled both our rooms with a very strong smell upon arrival and forced us to open all the windows for more than two hours to get rid of it, because it did not only bother us but also made our dog go mad... Apart from that, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely be voming back.
Overall a good stay but the service needs to be improved and refined if it wants to be on par with a 3 star rating. I don’t think the place is up to the 4 star standard it displays on its front door.
Nice looking hotel. We were looking forward to the hotel cause of the pool, after a day around in Nice in 35 degrees. What they didn’t write was that they close it early, so us coming there around 7.30 was too late. and the pool isn’t even on the hotel property. They share a pool with a apartment complex in the same area, so you have to walk to it, which was annoying.
Room was nice, good a/c and a small porch. Breakfast was kinda disappointing. Okay selection, but they put out very little of each thing at a time so it runs out immediately and you have to wait for a while before they refill. The coffee was not good. Expensive restaurant.
All in all, wouldn’t have booked it again for that price had we known the things we know now
