The overall impression was good. Clean, friendly service, very good breakfast. Nice view from the window. Comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but surprisingly comfortable. Very good water pressure in the shower. Very good location—very close to public transport, intercity and international transport. The room was small, but that wasn't the problem, it was the spatial layout. There was a pointless empty space that could have been used for some small functional furniture for luggage. As it is, all the luggage takes up the only small table, and this empty space is just empty and you could do push-ups there, for example :)

The room, if you could call it that, is the size of a typical American closet. Basically trip over the bed just to walk by, in the shower is elevated and extremely slippery and super small to where you can't even move around. I will never send another Ibis budget property again! And don't waste time with the breakfast buffet it is a waste of money it's terrible

You’d think it’s right beside the airport, but it’s actually beside the airport lands; you need to take the tram. The Transit app didn’t think there were any more trams, even though there was one, and Google Maps led me to the wrong corner so I had to wander around for several minutes down a thoroughfare to find the entrance (when in reality there’s a perfectly lovely walking path through Arénas to the tram stop). Machinery rumbled the whole room all night long, and the air conditioning didn’t get the room cool enough, so I got almost no sleep. There was a musty smell in the room. The shower was nice. Breakfast was adequate. The staff were quite friendly, but overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Overall very convenient to walk to the Nice airport in 10 minutes and to catch the tram to Old Nice city centre within 10-15 minutes.

The Property is in a perfect location. Certain staff member could be more customer friendly, and not talk of the customers as a nuisance.

It is definitely no-frills, but the room was clean, comfy bed, 5 minute walk to both the airport and the train station, and friendly staff. Would definitely not recommend as a long stay vacation base but for a night or two around an airport departure it's great.

Clean and a comfortable bed. Very basic accommodation with close access to the airport and a 10 minute walk to the train which will get you into Nice. The older man on the front desk was not very friendly but the lady that checked me in and the younger man the next morning on checkout were nice. The hotel is connected to the Novotel next door and Ziad went above and beyond. Such a friendly, helpful warm person. He made the start of my day wonderful!!
