This lovely modern retreat is your perfect base to explore all the famous attractions of Nice. 

Located close to the iconic Massena Square, the second-floor apartment comes with a sunny balcony that offers outdoor seating and a charming view of the beautiful Place Magenta.

Inside, this one-bedroom holiday apartment is well-equipped and features air-conditioning, a contemporary-style living room and a diner that comfortably seats 4. This is accompanied by a full kitchen with all essential utilities, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and induction hob for the guests to enjoy preparing meals and dining in at their own sweet pace.

Please note that the apartment can accommodate a maximum of only 2 guests: adults, kids or babies.

Location

The holiday apartment is ideally located to explore Nice on foot. It has almost every major tourist attraction, including Place Massena with the famous Sun Fountain, Musée du Palais Lascaris, Promenade des Anglais and Jardin Albert I, at just 5-7 minutes walk. 

Many boutiques, restaurants, cafes and lounges are also sprinkled all over the neighbourhood. Moreover, Rue Alphonse Karr is just a stone’s throw away from here for those who’d like a more exclusive and classy experience.

Art lovers will find the Marc Chagall and the Henri Matisse Museum at a convenient 10-15 minutes drive or a pleasant 25-minute walk away. 

Day trips to the other pearls of the French Riviera include Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Antibes. All of them are 30-45 minutes drive from here and can also be easily reached via public transport. The holiday apartment is well-connected to reach Nice Airport via tram within 30-35 minutes.
