A weeks holiday in nice france..

A brilliant apartment has everything you need ...very clean and well presented ...we stayed from 31st march until 7th april 2024.....it was perfect ...nothing to complain about ...there was nothing wrong with anything ....we loved it ...we loved the location....the online concierge..everything in the apartment was what we needed being away from home were from Scotland.....thank you for z great stay in nice....graham foley

Amazing location & service

From start (booking) to finish (our stay) was just fantastic. We have stayed in Nice many times and always in a hotel. This apartment is a game changer and I’m organising my next trip back and I will use this company and service again. All one can ask for is communication and it was there all along the way. They even have a bag minding service on your last day for free. Amazing!! All good!!

Convenient location close to Promenade

This place is located very conveniently to Promenade, our favorite place in Nice, to city center and everything is accessible by foot. The office is just a few steps nearby, which is important if you need to drop off your keys and the flight is early in the morning. The place is clean, and the service is great, as usual with Nestor and Jeeves. We thought that the apartment was lacking some furniture pieces and also dishes. There are only 2 cups. It would be great if a little money is invested into getting a better coffee table and more cups, at least. The bed is too big for the size of the bedroom, which makes it very uncomfortable to use the bed and wardrobes. A nightstand or a chair in the bedroom would make a lot of difference. Overall, the apartment is definitely looks like a budget category, but not classic as advertised.

Das Bett nur 140cm breit und links wie rechts nur 30cm Abstand zur Wand, das war auf dem Angebotsbild nicht ersichtlich. Nur 2 Kaffetassen im Schrank. Ein kleiner Couschtisch und für die harten Holzstühle Sitzkissen wären wünschenswert. Dafür war die Lage in Strandnähe sehr gut und auch nicht weit zur Agentur zur Schlüsselabholung.

Très Bien placé mais attention...

Malgré un gestionnaire parfaitement réactif et professionnel, nous avons a déplorer pour ce logement :- une serrure vraiment très compliquée (clé spéciale de 1970, BTS de serrurier requis !)- pas de couverture pour le lit- chambre ultra exigüe (on ne peut pas faire le tour du lit de face mais seulement de profil et 1 seule table de nuit par manque de place)- pas de table basse devant le canapé (on pose sa boisson par terre)- décoration 0 ... à pleurer !- cuisine fonctionnelle mais sans la base (pas de sucre, pas de sel etc...) il faut donc penser à TOUT acheter ou apporter- 2 rouleaux de Papier Toilettes pour 2 personnes pour 8 jours... !- pas du tout de soleil, ni le matin, ni l'après midi (plein nord sur cour) et par conséquence, pas de vueSinon, emplacement idéal, à 15 m de la promenade des anglais, dans une rue silencieuse à 15 min a pied du centre...
