Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung (außer Geschirrspüler :-)) in günstiger Lage. Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr gut (Danke Laure!). Über Fewo ist die Abwicklung immer etwas sperrig und einseitig (z.B. ärgerlich, dass die Unterlagen nicht angemessen ausgedruckt werden können, Adresse wird auch nach Buchung nicht angegeben, was die Reiseplanung erschwert).

Appartement agréable

Avec la canicule du moment, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la clim, c'était indispensable pour se reposer.Néanmoins terrasse inabordable avec la chaleur du moteur de la clim mais de toute façon canicule à l'extérieur.Garage à l'abri très appréciable également, car pas besoin de voiture pour nous, tout est accessible à pieds !Appartement en très bon état et très propre.Petite amélioration possible : relier plusieurs interrupteurs à des lampes car elles manquent un peu dans la salle de bain, la SAM et la chambre (uniquement tables de nuit).Nous avons eu des difficultés à nous retrouver pour les clés, donc juste ajouter sur le site ou à l'arrivée, des informations avec des numéros pour trouver le garage, l'appartement étant numéroté. Sinon, tout s'est bien déroulé !

Très belle appartement bien lumineuse et spacieuse. La terrace est trop bien ! Proche de la mer et la promenade des anglais. Seul bémol c’est que c’était pas très propre on a refait le ménage en arrivant mais ça vaut le coup quand même! Je recommande :)

Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft. Es fehlt leider ein Backofen. Die vorhandenen durchaus zahlreichen Töpfe, sowie auch Teile des Geschirrs hätten sauberer sein können.

Empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist prima, der Balkon ist so gelegen, dass man morgens und abends dort Schatten hat. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank ist Spitzenklasse. Die Zufahrt zur Garage erfolgt über die Seitenstraße. Einzig negativer Punkt: Leider hatten die vorherigen Besucher das Geschirr so schmutzig hinterlassen, dass der erste Eindruck nicht sehr positiv war.

I Love Nice!

Bien que privé de climatisation pendant le séjour suite à un problème technique , nous avons pu gérer la température grace à Laure qui nous a fourni un ventilateur! Appartement très sympa conforme à la description avec tout ce qu'il faut et bien situé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour!

The concierge was really helpful when we had to change our arrival date and time due to a car breakdown. Lighting in the apartment could be better. Cooking tools eg large spoons, spatular absent which made cooking difficult.

Propriété recommandée-très propre et facile d’accès. Bien située. Les photos reflètent bien l’appartement et la description est conforme. Les 2 personnes responsables étaient disponibles et faciles à joindre et sont très accueillantes. Je n’hésiterais pas à y retourner.

Great place to stay

Overall excellent with good communication but found the air conditioning underwhelming. Would stay again given location and access to beach and terrific tram system to port/main city and airport.

3 month stay

The apartment was as listed and accommodated our needs for our stay. The building security is excellent and the air conditioning, electronic blinds and double glazing kept the apartment comfortable. We chose this apartment because of its location to the Promemade, Boulevard Gambetta and local amenities.

Frais à régler en plus pour le ménage

Déçus, nous aurions réservé ailleurs si nous avions su qu'il fallait régler des frais de menage assez chers supplémentaires en espèces à l'arrivée. Nous n'avons pas pu arriver à 14h malgré ce qui était indiqué dans l'annonce. Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement. Le logement est conforme a la description. Le parking est sécurisé. Dommage, car nous gardons quand même le sentiment de nous être fait avoir.
