Lovely apartment with a beautiful sea view 😊 Was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming and had all the information needed for Tv & WiFi etc. Would highly recommend to friends & family for future visits to beautiful Nice & surrounding areas.

Very clean. Host was super friendly and answered all of our questions. I would have given a 5 for access if it had been fully automated but, because of they type of keys I don't think they can do that. Easy access to the train and restaurants near by. We rented a car and while there was not any assigned parking, we were able to get paid parking on the street both nights without a problem. Great view. Little noisy due to traffic. We would definitely stay there again if we go back.

Beautiful clean spacious house with a view

The pictures don't do justice to how nice the property actually is. Beautiful ocean view, cool AC and clean and spacious room in prime location. Property manager was very sweet and prompt in responding. Everything is perfect

Location was excellent - near tram station which made it easier to get to old town and airport. Would highly recommend this rental and will stay here again in the future.

Wonderful spot

The unit was very nice and clean and well situated, close to the beach and transit. We really enjoyed the air conditioning after long days of explorations through Nice and Monaco.

Great stay and host

Really nice, clean spacious apartment. Host was great communicating very quickly, and was able to get us into her apartment early. Markets, and restaurants nearby. All anyone would need in the kitchen, and throughout.

Nice and Monaco holiday

We came for a few days to enjoy Nice and see a few trial races for the Grand Prix in Monaco. The public transportation was very easy to navigate and the train to Monaco was quick to figure out as well. The apartment was a perfect landing place and the tram stops on the block next to it. It was clean and comfy. We had a great time!

Amazing Apartment

We really loved it. The view was so beautiful, we enjoyed our morning coffees out on the balcony facing the sea with warm and soft sunrays. The beds were comfortable and the apartment overall was super clean. The location was also really good, we could reach the city, the airport and the railwaystation in a couple of minutes with the tram. I would 100% choose this Apartment again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is beautifully renovated, modern and clean. The view of the beach was amazing and we spent most evenings sitting on the balcony. Within walking distance there were a couple of cafes but choices were pretty limited. Luckily the tram was very close by and it was a quick journey into the city.

Wonderful apartment!

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. Check-in and out were both smooth and we were lucky that the owner was able to accommodate our early arrival in Nice. The neighborhood was quiet but very well situated to access all the wonderful things Nice has to offer by foot or tramway. AC throughout was much appreciated during the heat wave. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay again!

Perfect spot in Nice

The apartment had everything we needed. The location was fantastic...able to have morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony directly across from the sea. There were plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance, and the tramway directly behind the apartment. Parking isn't ideal, but still better than Marseille

Waking up every morning to gorgeous views of the sun rising over the Mediterranean...wonderful! We loved the location -- super close to trams and buses but far enough away from the heart of the touristy areas. Very clean and modern, we would stay here again if we came back. Minor things to mention: -No clothes dryer -Main bathroom is great but toilet is in separate tiny room -Would have liked more towels -Low supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc.) -Worst corkscrew / wine opener I've ever used -Very old small elevator As you can see, these are very small things. Mireille was a wonderful host, very helpful with check-in and check-out. If beachfront/oceanview is important to you like it is to us, you will LOVE this place!

Beautiful and well-appointed apartment on Promenade des Anglais

This apartment is newly renovated to the highest standards and carefully restored to preserve the bones of this beautiful late 19th/early 20th century building. Stunning ceilings and plasterwork, new herringbone wood floors, modern kitchen and bathroom with all the conveniences. All the windows are soundproofed and the remote controlled blinds in the master, and blackout shades in the 2nd bedroom, ensure a fully darkened space for sleeping. Flat is on the 5th floor but there is a lift! View of the beach and sea is absolutely stunning. Across the promenade there is a public beach but one can also use the Radisson Hotel beach club; we did for one day, was great. Tram 1&2 to either city center or Airport are very close by. Encourage you to book it!

Modern sea view gem

This apartment on Promenade des Anglais is on the top floor (5) of a beautiful Belle Epoque building directly across from the stretch of (rocky) beaches. (Some public/free, others cost to rent umbrellas etc). The apartment was immaculate, ultra-modern, though sparsely furnished. Exactly as pictured. Landlady Mireille lives nearby and speaks some English. She asked that we meet her in front of the gate (confusing, there are a couple) to give us courtyard keys, building keys, apartment keys. She gave us a tour of the apartment and answered our questions. There is helpful info in the apartment re how things work, public transport etc. Two tram stops are five minute walks in either direction on the street behind the building. No noise from trams but some Promenade traffic noise - not a bother. Beautiful views of the sea from two windows, one is a small balcony. Very good cross-ventilation as the apartments go front to back. Two apartments to a floor; very quiet inside. Kitchen was fairly well equipped but there is no clothes dryer, just a washer. Hooks along the hall for towels, jackets. We had to buy more toilet paper. Toilet room is off the entry and very tiny. Bathroom is spacious with an excellent glassed-in shower. Beds are comfy. The neighborhood is working class; a few small eateries, bakery a third of a mile away. Small grocery stores nearby. Negresco Hotel is 1.3 miles up the Promenade to give you an idea of location. Lovely stay; outstanding view! Highly recommended.
