1500m². Private heated swimming pool (7m x 3.5m, depth 140 - Alarm) (on request), summer kitchen with sink, fridge and pizza oven, plus toilet. Terraces with garden furniture, BBQ and plancha. Table football, table tennis. Parking for 3 cars. Village centre (restaurants) 1500m away. Tennis court 3 km away. Shops 5 km away.
5-room villa of 210m² on 3 levels: TV/Bar lounge with TV(Sat), Internet. Dining room. Kitchen
fully equipped. Guest WC. 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (140). Bathroom/WC. 1
Bedroom with 1 double bed (140), exit to swimming pool.
First floor: 1 Bedroom with 1 king-size bed (200), TV, exit to terrace. Bathroom with bath/shower/WC.
Lower floor: Games room with double sofa bed (160). Shower room with toilet. Cinema room with double
double bed (140).

Erwartungen übertroffen

Wir dachten wir mieten uns ein gutes Haus etwas außerhalb von nizza, waren dann aber sehr überrascht da es weitaus mehr als das war. Super Haus mit toller ausstattung, ein super pool und perfekte sitzmöglichkeiten im freien.
