Wonderful villa with very nice garden

We've had a wonderful stay in your villa from June7th till 15th June. The villa is very quiet and relaxed. We felt ourselves very welcome. The large garden is very nice and inside the house is everything perfect. We want to come back!

Our retreat

Jean Marie and his wife were wonderful sharing their home to us. It was nice to be a be come back to a quiet retreat after a day of sightseeing. The amenities were also good offering coffee, spices and misc items. You do need a car although you can walk to a close by town. Enjoy this gem

Jean-Marie nous avait réservé un accueil gourmand et délicat : nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour accéder à la maison grâce à ses nombreux supports communiqués. Un gouter de bienvenue nous attendait dans une maison chauffée et confortable, conforme en tous points au descriptif et aux photos. Le livret d'accueil nous a permis de trouver rapidement les bonnes adresses de la région ainsi que les sites à ne pas manquer. La localisation de la maison est idéale pour visiter la région tout en étant éloigné du tumulte.La terrasse avec vue mer est appréciable par beau temps, évoquant une hacienda d'Amérique du Sud colorée.L'extérieur, parfaitement entretenu, invite à un repos sur ses différents espaces (même si, en séjour fin décembre, nous n'avons pas vraiment pu en profiter) ; citronniers et orangers fournissent de délicieux fruits.Un endroit charmant à découvrir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui se trouve dans un lotissement calme et sécurisé. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné. La maison est très agréable, avec un beau jardin fleuri qui invite à la détente. Sa situation est idéale : proche de la mer, des commerces ainsi que de la gare ce qui permet de visiter la Côte d’Azur en train sans prendre la voiture. Toller Aufenthalt, rundum perfekt

Das Haus liegt sehr schön auf einer Anhöhe und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Das Vermieter Ehepaar ist sehr nett und der Eigentümer spricht auch Deutsch. Die Übergabe erfolgte sehr ausführlich. Das Haus ist ruhig und lädt zum entspannen ein. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Garten und die Terrasse. Wir haben jeden Morgen bei Sonnenschein draußen gefrühstückt (zwischen Weihnachten und Silvester). Da das Haus verkehrstechnisch ideal liegt, konnten wir die umliegenden Städte jeden Tag besuchen (Monaco, Nizza, Cannes, St. Tropez, Antibes). Uns allen hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder. Durch einen Tipp der Nachbarin, waren wir an Silvester zum Feuerwerk in Cannes (ursprünglich war Monaco geplant) und so ein tolles Feuerwerk haben wir bislang noch nicht erlebt. Alles verlief unkompliziert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und werden auch dieses Haus erneut buchen.

Erholsamer Rückzugsort nahe Nizza

Das Ferienhaus nahe Nizza bietet eine perfekte Mischung aus Ruhe und Nähe zum Meer. Nach einem Tag im touristischen Trubel der Côte d’Azur ist das Haus ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort. Die große Terrasse, der mediterrane Garten und die gut ausgestattete Küche laden zum Entspannen und Kochen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, und die umfangreiche Büchersammlung ist ein tolles Extra für französischsprachige Gäste. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die einzige Toilette, was bei sieben Personen etwas Organisation erfordert. Insgesamt ein idealer Ort für erholsame Tage – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus und schöner Garten

Sehr schönes Haus, mit tollem Garten und leckeren Orangenbäumen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht!!! Wir durften auch alles mitbenutzen,wie z.B.die Waschmaschine. Sehr viel Platz, mit 3 Schlafzimmern und großem Wohn- und Esszimmer. Für den Hund standen auch 2 Näpfe da! Das einzige Manko war die Matratze im Schlafzimmer, leider etwas durchgelegen. Leider ist die Autobahn ganz nahe. Die Besitzer sind super nett und haben uns alles gezeigt und das in sehr gutem Deutsch!! Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral und man ist schnell überall hin gefahren. Auch für die alltäglichen Dinge, wie Supermarkt, Reformhaus, C&A, Action und Lidl. Der Bahnhof ist auch nicht weit und man ist ruckzuck mit der Bahn in Nizza! Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub an der Côte Azur👌😁

Schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir haben als Familie 12 Tage in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Die Vermieter sind absolut liebenswürdig und haben uns mit frischer selbstgemachter Mousse au Chocolat begrüßt! Wir wurden ausführlich eingewiesen und alle Anliegen/Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für fünf Personen, es ist etwas älter, aber sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet, hat viel Charme. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, falls man selbst kochen möchte. Von der schönen Terrasse hat man über den Nachbarsgartenzaun (Weit-)Blick auf's Meer. Mit dem Auto ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um alle Städte an der Côte d'Azur per Tagesausflug zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce petit coin de paradis fleuri, calme et apaisant. Pas de nuisance sonores, nous n'entendons pas l'autoroute. Très pratique aussi touts ces petits recoins pour s'isoler quand nous sommes plusieurs. J'ai aimé l'accueil des gérants, leur mousse au chocolat à notre arrivée et leur intentions pour nous tous. Schönes Haus mit liebevoll gestaltetem Garten und vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Sehr hübsches Ferienhaus, das sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Der Garten ist wunderschschön und verteilt sich auf mehrere Ebenen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr unkompliziert, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage des Objekts ist ideal, weil man von hier aus gut Ausflüge ins nahe gelegene Antibes, Cannes oder Nizza und zahlreiche andere hübsche kleine Orte in der Umgebung unternehmen kann. Auch für Hundebesitzer ideal, weil die Hunde hier ebenfalls willkommen sind (was leider sehr selten ist), und man durch ein Gartentor schnell zu Fuß in den nahegelegenen großen Park gelangen kann. (Dass man umgekehrt auch als Hundebesitzer auf die Belange der Ferienhausbesitzer Rücksicht nimmt, sollte eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein, damit auch in Zukunft Urlauber mit Hund in diesem Haus gerne gesehen Gäste sind.)

Très bon séjour !

La location est parfaitement située pour découvrir toutes les merveilles de la Côte d'Azur, tant côté Mer, que côté Arrière-Pays ! Elle se situe dans une résidence au calme et dispose d'un adorable jardin où les citronniers côtoient les Oiseaux de Paradis ! Elle est également très fonctionnelle et confortable ! Bref, un très agréable séjour en famille et entre amis !
