Family vacation

This was the perfect place to stay in Nice! Closely location to everything and a beautiful place. There were so many things provided for us that made our trip abroad more convenient. If we ever visit Nice again, we would love to stay at this exact apartment!

Spacious apartment in a great location

8 of us came to Nice for a cycling holiday. Everything is close to hand, shops, port, town centre restaurants.

Nice place in good location

I would give 4.5 stars if possible. Good amenities , good location, clean overall. Our ac partially broke while there 2 times but it was fine overall, the ac’s that worked kept it tolerable in the other areas. Well documented book to help explain everything. One shower door doesn’t close all the way.

Perfect for large groups + great location

I recently stayed at this property which is in a very walkable neighborhood, and it was perfect for large groups. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living and dining spaces had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience. However, there were a few minor improvements that could take this property to a 5-star rating. Firstly, the wifi only worked in the main areas of the house, and it would be beneficial if it worked throughout the entire house. Additionally, two of the bedrooms had issues with the AC not working properly, which could be improved for a more comfortable stay. Despite these minor issues, the property was still a fantastic choice for a group stay. With a few improvements, it has the potential to be a top-rated accommodation.

Wonderful experience in Nice

Our family went to Nice so that four of the men could participate in the half Ironman race in Nice. We had 9 adults and one infant. The property was in a perfect location for everything we needed! Ideal location, nice space for five couples- plenty of privacy for everyone. We did not eat in often, so didn't get a handle on amenities in the kitchen, but definitely had everything we needed. Excellent experience! Thank you!

très bien situé

Conforme à la description. Situation idéale pour visiter les coins les plus sympas de Nice (Vieux Nice, chateau, place Masséna, promenade des anglais...). Nous étions douze adultes; la cuisine et le salon étaient parfaits pour un séjour convivial. Certes deux salles de bain pour 12, c'est délicat mais en instaurant des rotations on y arrive.
