The studio is equipped with a well-appointed private kitchen, Wi-Fi, a fan, and a television for your comfort.



Situated on the ground floor of a typical house in the heart of the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes, you can explore the picturesque alleys, local restaurants, art galleries, and shops nearby, such as a bakery, a grocery store, and lively cafés with terraces. The beaches of Cagnes-sur-Mer are just a few minutes away, ideal for enjoying the sea. A free shuttle (line 45) is just a few steps from the studio, making it easy for you to reach the city center and the train station. Public parking is located close to the accommodation.



One pet is accepted at no extra charge, but please contact the host before your arrival to arrange this. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request for an additional fee. Smoking is allowed in the apartment, but events are not permitted.
