The little paradise perched

On 900 m2 of land, in a quiet area, a little paradise of calm, at the top of a small winding and somewhat narrow street and 63 steps, you will benefit from the first floor of the house, freshly restored and its terrace, view sea with its garden furniture and its garden table to take your meals if you wish. On the evenings of May or June, the fireflies will accompany you at nightfall.
The garden, with its lemon trees, mandarin trees, orange trees, bamboos, plumes and yuccas isolates you from the city and the song of the birds soothes your days of discovery.
A small hammock is at your disposal for reading or a little nap.
In the house, you will find practical and comfortable contemporary furniture. 2 rocking chairs, a sofa, a high table and its 4 white chairs for lunch, in the kitchen living room, with, 3 very large windows with an incredible view of the sea.1 room with a 160 bed and a room with a 140 mezzanine bed. A hotel cleaning service will prepare sheets and towels and kits of household products for the first day.
For cooking, a cookéo is at your disposal. Other elements such as coffee maker, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, citrus press, are there to make your life easier, if you wish to take advantage of the place to take your meals.

Great "Little Nest"

Nathalie has done a wonderful job refurbishing this property. Her styling of the home was tasteful and beautiful. The home itself sits high on a hill, and hence there are stairs to climb. However every step is worth it for the beautiful views across the rooftops to the ocean. The outdoor space is private, shady and comfortable. I encourage anyone wanting to rent a property in Nice to look at Nathlie's place. The photos do not do it justice.
