The property comprises two completely separate units, set within a large garden planted with olive, orange and palm trees. You’ll have access to a large, private and secure swimming pool, a pool house with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, a pétanque court, a children’s play area (swing), as well as private and secure parking. The property is fully fenced, making it ideal for families, holidays with friends and travellers with pets.

Only the first floor is available for rent, with completely separate access. The second property is occupied solely by the owners. Access to the swimming pool, pool house and garden is unrestricted and entirely private.

The villa is also perfectly suited to sports enthusiasts. La Gaude is an ideal starting point for exploring the Nice hinterland by bike, with numerous routes popular with cyclists.
