Fantastic place!

We had a splendid stay at Phillipe's magnificent place. The view and pool were particular highlights as were Phillipe himself who was just a perfect host. Highly highly recommended!

This place is so private and lovely!

If you´re looking for real privacy with your own pool, then this is the property to book! Our family enjoyed our time in Nice with a lot of sun, the pool and barbecue! The owner was so nice and showed us around, told us where to go and what to see. No matter if you´re staying as a family or as a couple, you will absolutely love this place!

Excellent villa jut outside Nice for Rugby World Cup

Wonderful pool and bbq. Friendly host who did all he could to make our stay enjoyable. Close to tram terminal for transport to Central Nice , beaches etc. Quiet out of town location with stunning views. Excellent boulangerie and bar within 5 mins walk Thoroughly recommend

Absolutely beautiful villa suitable for my wife and I and teenage son. We didn't rent a car and this really wasn't a problem as the public transport links are so good. Typically, bus to Henri Sappia then Tram to Nice. Very easy! Pool excellent and Philippe was so helpful with any questions in the lead up to the stay and also during. We will definitely be returning. So many beautiful places to visit - Antibes, Ventimiglia, Villfranche-sur-Mer, Monaco / Monte Carlo, Juan-Les-Pins etc. Perfect villa for exploring this beautiful region of France. Thanks again Philippe.

Best stay in the south of France!

We now had our second stay in Villa Lou Caroubier, because it fullfills all of our wishes for a wonderful holiday in Nice. The host is extremely welcoming and wants to be sure that all your needs are being taken care of! We already miss the pool! Hopefully coming back again soon.:)

Very nice stay!

Our family with three kids had a supernice stay at this poolhouse. Even though Philippe and his family lived right nextby we were never disturbed by them and they were very friendly and helpful!

We had a fantastic stay. The pool was absolutely fantastic and the house had a good location in a gated neighborhood with a view of the mountains and the city. The house was nice and clean. The host Philippe was very helpful. We will highly recommend this house.

Nice Villa-Apt for a family vacation

We had a nice 2 week stay at the location. The view and the pool are really nice! Everything is just like in the fotos - we enjoyed our stay very much. Although the city is close by, we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Also very nice was the private nature of the apartment and pool. A bakery is within walking distance. Recommended for families where everybody can swim.

This is the ideal place for a stressless holiday! Owner Philippe received us with a warm welcome. We could park our car in front of the property. To go out, the tramway T1 terminus is a 5 minutes drive, with ample and free covered parking space. The Tramway is the perfect way to go to the city center.The property is very clean and very well maintained. Olive oil, pepper, salt, rosé and coffee (Nespresso), soap, dishwasher tablets provided.I wish I booked the place for 2 weeks in stead of 1 week ;-)

A week of relaxation in the hills of Nice

We spent a very nice holiday in this house. It's located in a very calm and relaxed environment just outside Nice and we very much enjoyed the swimming pool which is really a key asset. Philippe is a very welcoming host, lives next door and is available for any advice, At the same time, he and his family are discreet, One recommendation: the canal du Gairaut at 500m is a great place for morning runs.

Super holiday

We had a wonderful week at this accomodation with our 3 teenage children. It was very clean and just as in the photos. The pool was fantastic and the host Philippe was very charming and helpful, but never intrusive. It was a great base from which to explore Nice and the surrounding areas, with the added bonus of being only a very short drive from the tram station. Would highly recommend.

Magic week

We really enjoyed our week in this house. Great pool and terrace. Good location and near Nice-city. We also visit Cannes and Monaco and it’s easy to travel around. Perfect stay

We had a perfect stay in this excellent brand new house. Your Kids will love the pool. It is equipped perfectly with everything for a relaxing stay. In case you would miss something the owner is happy to help you. The owners Philippe and Giovanna grant you the privacy you want and offer you every help need - recommendations for sights, restaurants, beaches etc. The house is beautifully located in the hills of Nice and a perfect starting point to all sights of the Cote d'Azur. We will definitely come back.

Perfect getaway for a week in a hot climate

Amazing location, pool was great, apartment was clean, albeit a little scarce. The view was fantastic. Philippe was a fantastic host. Take some mosquito repellant - we got bitten alive! Only slight niggle was that we thought we would have more privacy but the villa is literally next door to the owner. That being said, we never felt anyone was intruding on our privacy and we enjoyed the villa to the fullest.

Super holiday @ Nice

Hello, we had a super holiday at Nice in the first week of November. The weather was fantastic (blue sky almost every day) and people were even bathing at the beach. The villa was perfect for 4 people, everything looked as new. In a half hour we were at Cours Saleya or the beach with our car. A bakery was just 2 minutes from the villa. The swimming pool was heated up to 25 degrees, which was very nice in this period of the year.

Fantastic stay in Nice

This was a great base for our two weeks exploring the Côte d'Azur. The property itself is lovely and modern, and situated within a nice peaceful gated community. The pool is beautiful, and great to cool off in after we had been out all day. We hired a car and it is really easy to get onto the A8, the main route whether you are heading east or west. For heading into Nice itself we tended to drive the 5 mins to Henri Sappier and then pick up the tram, which is super efficient and great value. For when we visited Monaco and San Remo we also made use of the train from Nice Ville, and that worked really well. There really is so much to do in Nice itself, and the resorts up and down the coast that it is is hard to fit it all in. So much so, that on our last couple days we had to make the conscious decision to slow down and enjoy the sunshine around the pool. Our teenage girls and us had had an absolutely amazing time, and would love to come back! Philippe was a super host - he made us feel very welcome, that we had everything we needed and then let us enjoy our stay. We would definitely recommend booking here.

Phillipe , notre hôte a été impeccable. Il a été gentil et a répondu à toutes nos questions sans délai. Un petit bémol, la chambre la plus éloignée n’a pas d’air climatisé et on doit traversé la première chambre pour se rendre à la salle de bain ou passer à l’extérieur par la porte-patio, ce que nous faisions la nuit. Comme il a fait chaud, on laissait la porte ouverte et les moustiques nous ont piqué chaque nuit. Il manque donc des moustiquaires , quelques fauteuils confortables à l’intérieur et les chaises longues pour le patio sont désuètes . La piscine était propre et un vrai plaisir. La vue magnifique. On a donc passé un très bon séjour. Merci à notre hôte.
