“Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect.
To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade……

“Perfect location for walking to the Promenade and Old Nice! Lots of nice cafes around the area for breakfast if you choose to not pay for breakfast at the hotel. Cannot fault this anything about this hotel, the staff are all so lovely and helpful. There are free beach equipment for guests to take to the beach and can rent beach towels for €7. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good location and easy stay! 10/10”

“酒店处于老城的外围，外面就是新城行驶着有轨电车的街道。前台很热情，给我们升级到了另一个单元里带阳台的房间，房间虽是三角形的但有个客厅，可以看到外面新城的街道但看不到风情万种的老城，有些遗憾。早餐是在酒店楼下出门左拐不远处的一个餐厅里，8点开始，是套餐不是自助的。在尼斯的那两天正好都下雨，我们借了酒店的雨伞，但都被大风都吹折了，作为补偿也出于自愿我给酒店打满分。”

“沒有電梯，不適合有大件行李的人。設備有些地方有損壞（浴室門把）。房間沒有熱水壺要到公共區拿回房間用後再拿回去放（公共區沒辦法裝水所以無法煮水）房間滿大的，老房子改建頗有趣。飯店很難見到員工，有問題時比較難及時得到回應。”

“This is a great place to stay. We had booked two suits for the adults kids and us and they are spaced for France and clean.
The breakfast selection was just right and getting free sparkling drinking water as much as you need, was highly appreciated during the hot days.
Staff is outstanding in sevice and advices and the check in was quick.
Can highly recommend this place and would stay again.
Close to train station if needed and only a short 15 min walk to the flower market and the beach.
