"My family and I spent two nights here. Everything was wonderful. The host is very quick with responding to questions and the check in process was very easy. The studio apartment was spacious and there was plenty of room for the 2 adults and one child staying. The views from the balcony are fantastic. The pool is huge and my son loved swimming in it. We walked out on the dock several times a day and watched the boats going by. The property grounds were very well maintained and the condo itself...

"Room smelt moldy, lights did not work i had to twist light bulb, floors were filthy i had shoes on all day at night i would go barefoot in condo and my feet were black, disgusting. I would go to bed and the sheets felt wet, poor ventilation. Shower handle was broken off had to play with it to go on. Overall very disappointed in product. For what I paid I feel I should get reimbursed 3/4 of the money. Only thing good about it was i had a roof over my head during storms."

"The property is old and you can tell. The room was average, but the bed was actually comfortable. And that's coming from from a pregnant woman who is picky about the mattress. Unfortunately though, we were placed in a room that was right next to the ice machine and it was VERY loud. We could hear it over our ear buds and it woke us up several times throughout the night and early morning as people stopped to get ice. We would've had a much better night's sleep if it weren't for that ice machine. There was an event happening that weekend so we couldn't move rooms without downgrading from our beach view king room. They need to make a dedicated room for that machine. Other than that, the pool and location were great. I liked that it was right on the beach and next to the boardwalk/restaurants and only a 12 minute drive to Destin. The beach water does change day-to-day. When we first arrived, I wasn't impressed with the water and we went to Henderson beach state park instead. On day 3, the water looked a lot clearer and nicer so we got in. Overall, it's a budget resort that gets the job done, but don't expect a fancy 5 star resort like the all inclusive ones in Cancun. There is an extra daily resort fee and $15 daily parking fee currently."

"The room was nice, clean, so happy they have a microwave and refrigerator! The bathroom not so great, some of the paint in the tubs was peeling off, the toilet the chip paint was coming off, the side of the toilet was particles of dust. There were dust were the blow dry sat. Alot of stains on the side of the tub and the door. I won't come back unfortunately but the staff was sweet and nice and beds and pillow was comfy"

"The hotel overall was good. I traveled with my husband and our 15- and 10-year-old children, and we had a pleasant stay. The valet staff were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the valet service is also quite expensive at around $80 per day. The ladies who took care of our room were VERY very kind and attentive as well. The restaurant staff were REALLY wonderful—very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the food itself was just okay. It wasn’t bad, but for a hotel of this level, we expected better quality. The most disappointing part of our experience was the beach chair service. We found the chairs to be quite old and honestly very uncomfortable. The cost is around $80 with taxes for the day, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which felt too expensive for the quality and comfort provided. Unfortunately, the young attendants working at the beach were also far from friendly or helpful. What bothered us the most was the way the seating was assigned. Instead of allowing guests to choose from the available chairs, they seemed to decide where they wanted to place you, regardless of where you preferred to sit. The way this was handled felt unnecessarily unpleasant."
