Joe might’ve been the most responsive host we’ve ever had. He answered every question or concern within minutes , even on Thanksgiving, so he definitely cares about making sure his guests are ok and highly satisfied . Would def come back! "

"We had a great stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The beach was just a few minutes away by car, which made it super convenient for our daily outings.Inside, the house was well stocked. All of the bathrooms had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals—lots of pots, pans, and utensils—although a kitchen towel would have been helpful. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms, but we did notice one bathroom didn’t have extra toilet paper.The property management team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the experience even better.Overall, we’d definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!"

"Families from Iowa and Wisconsin gathered to help with and attend a wedding. The kitchen had what was needed to prepare meals and food for the families and a rehearsal dinner (off site). The large dining table was appreciated. Beach and bay activities ARE the best of both worlds. Would definitely stay there again. "
