There was a faint smell of mold and cigarette smoke, and unfortunately, the strong smoke odor from the stairwell also made its way into the apartment. “Peppe is a very nice host, very responsive and attentive to all our needs.He gave us all the advices about the surrounding areas, restaurants, lidos, swimming, parking, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.We had access to two kitchens and they were very nicely equipped with everything needed to prepare meals in the house. We had very nice breakfast in the garden with the view of mountain Etna and enjoyed outdoors shower.Swimming in the area is possible from the the wooden platforms built……

“Wir waren begeistert von der Aussicht. Vom Haus hat man direkten Blick auf den Etna und zur anderen Seite befindet sich das Meer.Wir haben gerne Zeit draußen auf der Terasse oder im Pool verbracht. Die Gastgeber wohnen in den Etagen über der Ferienwohnung und sind herzliche und sehr angenehme Menschen. Der Garten stand uns alleine zur Verfügung und sie lassen den Gästen Freiraum.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen wollen.”

An upstairs which is very mildly renovated - but with a functional air conditioner (which is where two children slept to keep cool).
