“Very disappointing experience – poor customer service and no follow-up I booked Hotel Diriá Santa for September 7–12 (5 nights). However, I did not check in on September 7 and ultimately stayed only 3 nights, from September 8–11. I informed the hotel on the second day that I would be leaving early and requested a refund for the 2 unused nights. I personally spoke with the hotel management three times about this issue. I was repeatedly asked to send an email explaining the situation, which I……

“My family and I stayed in room 7 at Nosara Beach Hotel and the room was clean and nicely decorated, with incredible views of the jungle and the ocean from the balcony. The hotel staff is so kind, welcoming and helpful and if you don’t speak Spanish everyone there is bilingual and speaks excellent English. The grounds were beautiful and well kept, pool was exceptionally clean and so relaxing. We ate breakfast there daily, which was included, and it was all so delicious and the coffee was great.……

“We were greeted when we pulled up and helped with our luggage. Check in was easy. The staff extremely helpful and nice. We were given a tour of the property while our luggage was taken to our room. There were bikes to use as you wanted. A nice swimming pool. Surf boards for lessons. A surf school on property. The room was large and clean. The AC only in the bedroom. Coffee maker. Dishes/glassware. We had reusable water bottles waiting for us in our room. Pack this souvenir on your way……

“Centrally located but quiet. Great staff. Beautiful pool and shared kitchen and cabana area. For the price, it’s very good/what you would expect. The rooms are simple and parts of the facility are old, but that is why it is priced more affordably than other hotels. I would definitely stay there again if I stay in the same financial bracket. If I had more money, I would ideally like to have a more comfortable mattress and newer windows that close fully and no smell of mold. But all in……
