“We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.”

“Sehr grosszügiges Appartement mit top ausgestatter Küche. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Lage mitten im Dorf ist super (Transfer mit Elektroauto zum Parkhaus auf Anfrage möglich). ”

“Wunderschönes Studio in toller Lage, absolut gigantischer Ausblick. Der Balkon ist praktisch ein weiteres Zimmer mit Blick auf die Gemmi bzw. Richtung Rhonetal. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen sauber und ruhig. Die abschließbare Garage ist sehr praktisch, Einrichtung funktioniert, Küche vom Geschirr her für echte Selbstversorger etwas mager ausgestattet, aber guter Herd u Backofen, Kühlschrank mit 3-Sterne-Fach. Sehr gutes Bad mit Badewanne, Heißwasser funktioniert prima. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter……

“Although a small compact apartment, it is incredibly well designed and thought out. It works really well. It has a lovely view and felt friendly. It is reasonably accessible and a short walk from the free circular bus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only issues with the apartment was the lack of a washing machine/laundry on site and a washing up basin would have been useful.I do however have an issue with Vrbo. Vrbo is a subsiduary of the Expedia Group who have been involved in……

“The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay.”
