“Hotel network was down so they couldn't confirm my expedia booking but that was resolved with an offline phone call. Once the call was made check in was speedy and painless. Room ac wasn't fully functional initially. Seemed to kick into high gear overnight and was mostly pleasant. Staff at the hotel was amazing! Great customer service and they catered for my every need. ”

“Overall, a great place to stay in Lagos if you're on a budget. It is a nice, small hotel located off a quiet street on Victoria Island - this is important as several of the hotels in the area either have night clubs on their premises or nearby which makes a good night sleep fairly impossible. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating - they jumped right on every request (e.g. laundry service, wifi issue, etc.) and also stored my luggage when I was traveling for a week. “I booked a Classic room and was presented with a dark, dirty room with tattered pillowcases, tired bedding, a distinctly broken bedside telephone, a lighting fixture hanging by its electrical cord above the bed, and a generally depressing ambiance. I complained and was upgraded to the Diamond Suite which was marginally better but came with a broken tv remote control and no bathroom towels.
