We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little dated, but the facilities are well maintained, the breakfast buffet is full of tasty local delicacies, the staff was amazing and the location is very convenient. I will stay here again.

Thoroughly friendly skyrise hotel. Probably for businessmen and conventions, but great for the weary tourist too. Tons of parking, a great gift shop, and a very good restaurant for lunch. Perfect locale if the ferry to Sado Island is your next stop.

Hotel was nice, view was beautiful, if you get the side of sado island you can see it from your room. Closest hotel to sado kisen port but outside of that, there's really nothing close by unless you walk about 10 minutes.

Amazing hotel in Niigata! Great service from the staff. They have a person who will greet you when you enter. Another person waiting at the elevator. Reception staff are very kind and friendly. Hotel accommodation is great. View of Niigata city is very nice. Across from the hotel is the Bandai pier where you can find the seafood market and the street food. Close to Niigata station.

Excellent accomodation, clean, tidy, good amenities and quite comfortable. Bathroom just a bit snug but otherwise very good. Excellent range to choose from for breakfast and had a choice of almost real coffee (automatice machine not barista) but best breakfast coffee yet in Japan.
