Unfortunately, the hotel was not very clean; there were snack crumbs and hair on the bed. There was no toilet paper, and the room was very cold; the window near the bed didn't close properly. The access staircase was small and steep, not recommended for older people or those with a lot of luggage. The location is excellent.

Een prettige locatie midden in het centrum. Helaas is het luidruchtig door het uitgaanspubliek (is te begrijpen). Daarbij een aantal punten voor verbetering: De toegangspas werkte niet (werd snel opgelost). De kamer was niet schoon met bruine vlekken in het beddengoed. Het water in de badkamer liep niet door en daarbij was de badkamer vies. Wifi werkte niet. Bij het inchecken werd verzocht om de volgende dag een uur eerder uit te checken omdat er drukte was voor de Zevenheuvelloop. Via de website van het hotel een bericht gestuurd waarop geen reactie is geven. Al met al een negatieve ervaring.

Prima hotel, het is dat het midden in het centrum zat anders geen reden om erheen te gaan.

Wir haben leider keine gute Erfahrung in der Unterkunft gemacht. Die Lage ist super aber das Zimmer war sehr grenzwertig.. Es lag ein alter Zigaretten Stummel im Waschbecken, das Klo war dreckig, es war kein Klopapier vorhanden und wir mussten selbst welches kaufen da an der Rezeption niemand saß. Dazu war das Bett wirklich sehr ungemütlich, die Matratzen sind die ganze Nacht verrutscht und man lag dann nurnoch in einer Kuhle. Schade ..

leuke plek, maar niet schoon

Wanneer je een leuke plek zoekt in het centrum, dan is dit een prima lokatie. Helaas leek het alsof er niet schoongemaakt was. In de douchecabine lag nog een gebruikt zeepje (ieks!), op de vloer in de kamer zelf lag allerlei afval en in de WC zaten nog remsporen (dubbel ieks!). Wanneer je slecht ter been bent, zijn de kamers op de bovenste verdieping niet handig. Om daar te komen, moet je een smalle en steile trap op. Was het ernstig? Nee. Het lijkt eerder op onverschilligheid of slecht toezicht op de schoonmaak.

Zur Not geht's gerade noch.

Das Zimmer war fast völlig ungedämmt, sowohl nach außen als auch nach innen, sodass in der Nacht die Heizung (funktioniert gut) durchlaufen musste und man jeden Schritt im Haus und insbesondere über dem Zimmer sehr laut hört. Die Umgebung ist allerdings sehr ruhig. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und das Stromkabel vom Kühlschrank war mit Lüsterklemme geflickt, die auf dem Boden lag. Da hatten wir ein bisschen Glück, dass das Wasser, das aus dem Kühlschrank lief, vorher stoppte. Ganz bestimmt nicht noch einmal hier!

Het hotel ligt echt op een prima plek om te winkelen, koffie te drinken, linchen, borrelen en dineren. Het hotel is wat gedateerd en de kamer werd omschreven als 'DeLuxe Tweepersoonskamer' Deze omschrijving is wat overdreven. Wij hadden een zolderkamer met een wat krikkemikkerige douche. Bedden en kussens waten goed. Ontbijten kan men niet hier maar moet je naar een ander hotel voor lopen. Ongeveer 20 mtr lopen. Daar betaal je €15,- pp is prima ontbijt.
