地點離車站有點距離，附近很偏僻，床太軟，睡起來不是很舒適。服務人員態度和善，有接駁車服務很方便，但是早上只有到10:30 ，希望能夠夠到11:30。

This hotel was undoubtedly a highlight of my trip. It’s beautiful, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Miyu I., who made us feel as though we were staying at a luxury hotel. She was like our personal concierge, helping us with everything, including securing restaurant reservations. Her professionalism and genuine care were outstanding. Thank you, Miyu, for making our stay in Nikko so memorable!

Great hotel! Beautiful view from the room! It is a bit of a walk from Nikko which can be lovely after eating way too much food for dinner. Taxis are fairly inexpensive back-and-forth. When I stayed, there was a food truck that showed up for breakfast and dinner options, this was fantastic! The quality of the food was really high. I didn’t try any of the food from the little store that they have on site, but the pizza did smell good. The laundry machines were always busy, so that’s something to be aware of. I would definitely stay again.

From checkin to checkout, our experience at the hotel was great. The staff were great to deal with, very friendly. The hotel room was clean and spacious. We used the shuttle to and from the train station with no issues. The hotel is a bit away from the main area, however, it is walkable when it's light out. I would not recommend lugging your bags from the train station. Either use the shuttle or take a taxi.

I really like the atmosphere, very quiet and peaceful. The place was so clean and neat. Staffs were friendly, they gave us towels when we arrived because it was raining. We will definitely book it again.

I loved how close it was to everything. At night, it looked kind of magical from the outside. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again if I visit Nikko.

The staff and the property were wonderful! Beautiful rooms and environment! The free shuttle from the train station was helpful. Amenities were nice, with coffee & latte machine. Would recommend both Nikko and the hotel!
