La personne à l’accueil nous a demandé de payer alors que je lui ai montré un reçu d’ Hotels.com où il était indiqué que c’était réglé. Mais il ne voulait rien savoir, donc nous sommes partis et avons trouvé un logement décent.
J’ai essayé de joindre Hotel.Com par téléphone en vain pour annuler cette réservation d’hôtel.

“If you only care about location and a cheap price, then this place would work for you. This hotel needs lots of TLC. For me it seems like this place used to be a very good hotel, but they have neglected maintenance. Everything was old (beyond usual wear and tear), especially the mattresses.
The restaurant's prices are really inflated, and honestly for nothing.
Anyhow, the reception and bell hop staff were friendly and helpful. ”
