“鄰近火車站、市集、鬧區，但飯店很舊，飯店人很好但冬天很冷沒暖氣，廁所沒有很乾淨氣味不好聞又有一個關不掉抽風機”

“There was piss and feces all over the toilet and on the floor. There was no staff available. The room phone was not picked up by anyone as there was no one at reception. There was no hot water. The TV didn’t work and numerous attempts going in and out the room to fix it. Children shouting and screaming in the corridors. I didn’t feel welcome after making my complaints known I didn’t feel safe. Despite conveying all this to finally finding someone that worked there they still charged me for three……

La personne à l’accueil nous a demandé de payer alors que je lui ai montré un reçu d’ Hotels.com où il était indiqué que c’était réglé. Mais il ne voulait rien savoir, donc nous sommes partis et avons trouvé un logement décent. J’ai essayé de joindre Hotel.Com par téléphone en vain pour annuler cette réservation d’hôtel. Client sur ce site depuis de nombreuses années, je ne comprends pas qu’il soit parmi les Hotel de ce……

“I loved staying at the New Abu Simbel hotel. The facilities are brand new, clean, and well maintained. The manager and staff were super friendly and helpful. Transport was efficient and well priced. The hotel arranged entry to the sound and light show at the temples. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and very tasty. Mohammed and his staff really made my short stay a wonderful experience.”
