Staycation

We loved the decor, communication was exceptional, this is local to us and we just wanted to unwind after holiday shopping. We will book this location again very soon!

Loved it!

It was so nice & cozy!! We loved our stay & we were very comfortable!! Great comfy bed , loved the shower with double shower heads it was very nice & roomy. Seriously , I can’t say enough great things about our stay , we will definitely stay here again in the future!

An excellent spot. The coffee makers in the common area was a nice touch, as well as washer dryers which came in handy. The cleaners, especially Susana, were kind and helpful. Being close to old downtown Niles has some pluses. The River Walk Trail, concerts in the park, festivals. 2nd and Main coffee was near perfect, a mere one block away. The gems to eat or beverage are to be discovered.

Hey there. So I stayed in a room. For 3 mths. It worked out perfect for me. I was in town for work. I talk to a couple other stayers and they where also there from out of town for work. Its located right near downtown, and everything else you may need is just a quick drive away. I would definitely stay again when im back in town.

Great place

Price is right. Clean & great, fast communication with Owners. Noise between walls was only loud 1 out of 5 nights, but we brought a blow fan and it drowned out the noise. We would stay there again!

Great beds. Great communication. Very clean. Only thing I didn’t like was low pressure for the shower (but I’m picky like that). This was an outstanding place to stay especially for the price!!

Generally good, bed linens were skimpy

This is the second time we have stayed at units of this property. It's a little bit quirky, compared to staying at a Hampton inn or similar, which we enjoy. Our only complaint this time was with the bed linens. The blanket they gave us was old, worn, and thin. We had to use the one from the other bed, too. The pillows were worn and lumpy too.
