"Wir kamen aus Australien und verbrachten neun Nächte im Apartment „Grün“. Es war sauber, geräumig und dennoch gemütlich, ruhig und bestens ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen, inklusive Kaffee, Tee etc. Das Bett war komfortabel und es gab einen großen Smart-TV. Die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und freundlich und erlaubten uns, eine nahegelegene Garage für unser Auto zu nutzen (Parkplätze an der Straße sind ebenfalls vorhanden). "The bedsit was lovely and clean, and had everything that we needed, the access to the garden really helped with the dog. "Everything was perfect!! Tom was an amazing host, giving us several suggestions to make our Freiburg stay even better. He met us immediately when we got into town, showed us how everything worked & made sure we knew he was accessible. We had a family of 4 with 2 older teens/20’s and everyone was comfortable and happy. It was close to everything we needed in town and located in a safe area. We would definitely stay here again! "

"We recently stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the housekeeping service was a major disappointment. Upon check-in, we explicitly requested daily room cleaning and fresh towels for our entire stay. However, during 2 out of the 3 nights, our room was completely ignored—no clean towels and no service at all. When we raised the issue after the first day, the front desk claimed it wasn't noted in their system. To their credit, they apologized and compensated us with 4 complimentary drink vouchers, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened after the second day. Once again, our room wasn't cleaned, and when we spoke to the staff, they used the exact same excuse—that it wasn't recorded in the system. This time, however, no compensation or real solution was offered. It’s a shame because the hotel has great potential, but basic communication and housekeeping consistency definitely need improvement."

"I visited Freiburg to explore the Altstadt (Old Town). This hotel’s location was exceptional. It was right next door to the main train station where I arrived on a train from Stuttgart via Karlsruhe. It was great to take a cool shower and relax in the air-conditioned hotel room after I arrived. I spent that evening and the next morning exploring the beautiful Altstadt that was a block away from the hotel. The buffet breakfast in the morning had everything I needed. The dining room was very clean and comfortable."
