The APA Matsuyamajo Nishi is another very standard Japanese Hotel. My room was the standard size and everything was clean and the staff were helpful. It is an easy walk to most attractions and the train and bus station. Unfortunately it was quite a noisy hotel. There was more building noise than I have been used to and noise from a neighboring room which is unusual in a hotel like this. I also had cigarette smoke come through the vents in to the bathroom from another floor I presume. Just a couple of small things that were annoying.
