"My stay here was amazing! The heater worked great and the staff was very helpful and showed us how to turn on the heaters. We were very thankful we had the opportunity to stay at this lovely place as well as see Mount Fuji from our dome. "

"The public onsen was very accommodating. The outdoor tub was one of my favorites especially with the perfect view of Mt Fuji. This is a resort which I was unaware of and kinda wished I stayed another night. Getting around is limited however. Taxis and buses are not too common."

"Room was a nice size very close to Oishi park which was nice. Lots of bikes to rent. Only don’t side is no fridge in rooms and bathroom had a strange smell the entire time we stayed even after running the fan nonstop . "
