“Nous étions 4 couples de retraités. La remise des clés s'effectue via la sœur de la propriétaire qui est très disponible et nous accompagne sur le site. La location étant située en pleine campagne, le chemin pour s'y rendre est surprenant au 1er voyage mais cela se mérite et c'est un gage de calme. La propriétaire vit à l'étranger et n'a pas hésité à communiquer régulièrement avec nous, très soucieuse de notre séjour. La maison est adaptée pour un groupe comme le nôtre, elle est bien……

“La nostra opinione sull’appartamento della signora Rosanna è estremamente negativa! Avevamo prenotato a marzo 2019, ossia 4 mesi prima del nostro arrivo per un soggiorno che sarebbe dovuto durare 35 giorni. Nel descrivere la proprietà su Homeaway.it, era contemplato l'uso del garage privato. Questa caratteristica oltre alla descrizione generale dell’appartamento ci ha motivato a scegliere questa casa. Giunti a Niscemi tuttavia abbiamo scoperto che la signora Rosanna non aveva ancora ottenuto……

Possibilita di usare la lavandera, vompresa nel prezzo, incluso saponi e altro. Posto panoramico, e parcheggio interno con cancello elettrico con telecomando. Assolutamente consigliato. Il proprietario Lorenzo una persona accogliente e disponibile.”

“We think that this is the best place we have ever stayed with VRBO. The photos were extremely accurate and our hosts were accommodating, gracious and good communicators. “This is a great property in the middle of the Sicilian countryside. The property is very, very clean and full of character. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower. There is a washing machineand the water supply i always reliable. Giulio is a great host and replied quickly to all our needs. There is a very comfortable sofa bed, which will accomodate two people no problem in the main living area. We will certainly come back!”

“Nous avons passé trois merveilleuses semaines chez Giovanni et Carmen. Tout était au rendez-vous pour que nous passions de très bonnes vacances. “Che dire… struttura splendida, pulizia al top e piscina meravigliosa. Giovanna e suo marito sono stati molto disponibili e gentili, mi sono sentita a casa. Con una delle biciclette della struttura, sono stata al centro di Scoglitti in pochi minuti ammirando il fantastico lungomare. Stamattina esperienza unica, come consigliato da Giovanna, sono andata al porto, affascinata dal giungere delle barchette dei pescatori locali che espongono il pescato fresco tutto da comprare a pochi euro. “Es war einfach toll. Ruhige abgelegene Lage in mitten von Olivenplantage. Der Pool war sauber und wurde regelmäßig vom Eigentümer gereinigt. Im Übrigen wirklich sehr nette Vermieter. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Es war einfach ein trahafter Urlaub. Allerdings sollte man nur mit dem Auto anreisen, da die Villa etwas abgelegen ist.”

“Nous avons séjourné dans la location d’Elio et Giovanna pendant 14 jours et cela a été un pur plaisir du début à la fin du séjour.Nous avons rencontré des difficultés à l’aéroport et Elio nous a accueilli avec une heure de retard en nous mettant à disposition du pain, fromage, boissons, foccacia qui nous ont permis de nous restaurer à notre arrivée et de découvrir les mets du pays.La villa est incroyable, c’est un véritable havre de paix qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer et de nous reposer……
