“We had a wonderful & comfortable stay. Great location and the host was very attentive. The neighborhood streets are narrow and sometimes difficult for Uber/taxis to get to the unit however a short walk to a main street is all thats needed to get on your way.”

“The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. ”

“東京に住んでいる親戚と会うために利用しました。かなり良かったので、次回東京に行く際はまた利用したいと思いました。 ●外見は古いですが、中はリフォームしてあるのでキレイです。 ●施設前の道が意外と広く、人の乗り降り、荷おろしも余裕をもてた ●ウェルカムギフトがたくさん！こどもたちと喜ぶお菓子と、大人が喜ぶドリンク(アルコール)まで！ ●バスタオルも小さいタオルもたくさん置いてあるので安心 ●調理器具や食器も豊富にそろえてある ※京王線の近くで、電車の音が気になりました。が耳栓も置いてあり対策済でした。宿泊者とオーナーのやり取りするノートが置いてあり、宿泊者のメッセージにオーナーさんがちゃんと返信しており、オーナーさんへの信頼感が上がりました。 1泊だけでしたがとても気持ち良く利用させていただきました。ありがとうございました！”

“We enjoyed our stay at the property, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in central Tokyo. The best part is the host Shin, he’s resourceful and very willing to help and provide information about surrounding areas and travel tips. ”

“Oj vad bra det var att bo här! Läget med närhet till T-banan förenklade vår vistelse. Området är fylld med restauranger, kaféer, affärer och en Life-supermarket. Lägenheten innehåller allt en kan behöva och är tillräcklig för fem personer. Ett toppen boende och mycket bra värd i Mr Min. ”

“Place was clean and safe in a nice entertaining district! Host was very kind and responsive! I would definitely come visit again!”

“とても安いのにお部屋なのにとても綺麗でダブルベッドが4つとキッチン、中サイズの冷蔵庫付きで、とっても良かったです。シャワーは笑えるくらい超狭かったですが、180㎝の旦那も入れました（笑）ただ、写真ではタオルが用意されていたのですが、当日は無かったので、持ち合わせていたハンドタオルで何とか拭きました。ロックボックスの連絡を３日前には入れて頂けたら安心できたと思います。東京に行く時は次回も予約しようと思います！！　ありがとうございました。”
