"I asked for the staff to give me some to pick up the trash in my room, it took me 3 times within the day to remind them to pick up the trash. The receptionist is impolite when I try to remind her about the trash. Though the airconditioning unit is very efficient, its filter is very dusty. There was no microwave oven to use to heat your delivered food."

"Property is close to a Church with loud speakers walls are not sound proof. Staff are honest and helpful. Hot water does not work but it's not needed. AC will cool the room enough to be comfortable but not super cool."

"Very close to almost everything. From dining options to shopping , entertainment and public transportation. Just a few minutes walk to the bigger and remodeled Gateway mall. And just several steps away if you want to go to the New Frontier theater and to the iconic Araneta Coliseum."
