Some of the tables were loose and wobbly. Fortunately, I had a wrench set on me and was able to tighten them up. Also had one of the outside stairs break off and I almost fell down. Freak incident, I hope.”

The location of this property is perfect and in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood! Couldn’t ask for a better host….communication was so easy with her. The house is very clean and feels like home! “The setting and roominess of the living area was perfect for gathering and visiting.Everyone that came for the evening Saturday night to visit and reminisce commented on how perfect it was for getting together and just sharing old times.So only six of us stayed there Saturday night overnight, but there were friends from our alumni get together that came to the house and visited with us for the evening. “Quick weekend stay for a tournament at Grand Park. The home was clean enough, the beds were comfortable. Very close to downtown area with some cute stops. Unfortunately the home isn’t well finished/furnished. Living room seating was limited and not comfortable. We noticed a septic smell in the master bathroom. It worked for a short stay, but it wasn’t the best fit for us and we wouldn’t return.”

“The first and best part of our stay was the quiet safe neighborhood. Definitely a better alternative to staying downtown or at a hotel filled with noisy guests.Beds and towels were clean and comfortable. I stayed with my young son, parents, and a friend. The loft was very well lit in the evenings while trying to sleep even with the blinds down.I would encourage you to look for something to cover the loft window.
