Facilities & Staff: Really spacious rooms for our extended stay and suites were perfect layout for families; complimentary bottled water every day; super friendly and helpful staff; easy to use washer and dryer; secured elevator access for guests. Minuses: Refrigerators in rooms were not very cold; no hand sanitizer in fitness room; being in an "office" area (lots of banks etc around), some of the restaurants immediately near the hotel do close early or are closed on certain days. Overall would definitely stay here again for the amenities and location! "
