"First time to stay at this property. I didn't know what to expect. Wonderful property. I felt very safe. Front desk was very helpful. Ate at Orient Express in the hotel. Food was delicious and great service. Will definitely stay at this property again. "

"Clean room, very kind and helpful housekeeping staff, good breakfast made to your liking, we will be back. Leather desk chair should be trashed, extremely worn. Ice machine not readily available. Not convenient."

"The room we booked was very spacious and welcoming. The front desk and staff were delightful, there was a good variety of breakfast and happy hour options (we missed the dinner), and the location was in good proximity to a lot of the surrounding stores/restaurants. "

"Unexpectedly had to end up staying in Nogales for a night. BW was a great place to stay! The ataff is extremely friendly and helped us feel safe and comfortable during a hard time. The room was spacious, clean, everything still felt new. The bed was extremely comfortable, complementary breakfast with a variety of foods, fitness center, outdoor pool, and a laundry room (uses coins). "

"The rooms were clean and cool. They also let us drop off our luggage early because we had other obligations and didn't want our luggage sitting in the car for a few of hours. We got back to the hotel an hour and a half early. They found a room that was ready, and let us check in with no extra charge. "
