"看板犬ビション・フリーゼのバニラ君が玄関で迎えてくれました。もふもふのバニラ君はお利口でとにかく可愛くて癒されました。孫達も「お別れするの嫌だ～」と帰り際にすごく寂しがっていました。お部屋も綺麗で凝っていて、リビングも皆で過ごしやすい空間でした。リビングからお庭に出るとまずテラスにブランコが2台。これがまた大活躍で子供達が大喜び。１歳の子まで（笑。暗くなると庭のイルミネーションが素敵で更に気持ちを上げてくれました。庭には野菜を植えられており、トマトは実も生っていました。浴室は内風呂と石の広いお風呂がありゆっくり浸かり、その後マッサージチェアでリラックス。１階の部屋ではピアノ（アコギも）で楽しませてもらいました。かき氷とポップコーンメーカーもあり孫達は大喜び。初の1棟貸しでしたが、こんなに素敵なお家は他にはなかなか見つからないのではと思います。私達夫婦に息子達家族の3家族１０人（0歳児と1歳児含めて）での宿泊にはピッタリ過ぎる全員幸せになれるお家でした。孫とお嫁ちゃんが貸主様にメッセージを残していました。ありがとうございました（感謝）。"

"Air conditioning is ok but the temperature controller doesn’t work good. It is really warm or cold! Parking facilities are convenient and spacious."

"We arrived to the hotel and found that it did look anything like the lovely clean and bright pictures we had seen listed. It was dark, and there were several stains dotted around the apartment from walls to sofa to carpet. This had already put us off, and then we opened the bathroom door to be greeted by the smell of raw sewage coming up from the drains. Due to arriving after an International flight, we made do and stayed for 1 out of the 2 nights booked. The next morning the smell had become 10x worse and was filling the apartment. I no longer felt comfortable staying here when I had paid over £160 for 2 nights, I expected far better, and booked myself into another hotel up to road to enjoy the last night of our stay in Fukuoka there. Along side this, we were greeted with very lacking kichen supplies, one kitchen knife, 4 spoons, a plate, 2 glasses and a pot come pan. No oil, no utensils to cook with. Other than the location and easy check-in / out I would unfortunately not recommend this property"

"Great location near train station and bus stop (bus that goes to Fukuoka int'l airport). Family Mart is just across the street. There's also a 24-hr tax-free cosmetics and drug store across the street (which also sells some food souvenirs that are slightly cheaper than those at the train station and some drinks, yogurt, sweets and snacks that are cheaper than convenience stores). "

"Needed to pay 3000 yen per person to go to the pool that was listed as a property amenity. Only those who are on a higher floor have access included with their room. Since we weren't on a top floor room - just the 23rd floor, we were told we would need to pay extra to access it. Really, the pool should not be listed as a property amenity if it's not available for guests unless we pay extra. View was really nice. Staff were really nice. We specifically chose to make a reservation at this hotel because it had a pool."
