“It's a comfortable hotel and people with well training. Good breakfast make you have a good beginning every day. But Wifi easy connect but always meet ip conflit problem and connection always disappear problem. Need to reconnect WIFI AP to solve connection problem. It's hard to transfer large file due to data connection problem. Shuttle service is good but a little expensive.”

“The room is big and its decoration is nice. Breakfast is quite ok. The only thing I think to improve is from their people in the reception. Kind of slow and kept me waiting long to get the service I need like calling a cab, even though missed the service I request.”

“The staff are friendly. Wish more of them can speak in English. The driver not knowing English is a problem. The Security Manager, Room Service staff and front desk staff are excellent and helpful. Food is good. Not many activities within walking distance but the security manager assisted me to get transportation.”

“I liked the hotel and property. It was nice, clean, worth of it's price and staff was friendly. There was some issue during checking in with my ebookers recervation, but staff worked it out quickly. There is not things I didn't like during my stay. Only thing was in time to time a bit noicy neighbourgh builfing but it related to diwali celebrations so I understand and was no broblem to me.”
