Manatee watching April-May-June and on & off through the rest of the year. Kayaking East to Myakka or West to Venice Jetty’s. 2 miles from Nokomis Beach. 2 miles to downtown Venice. This property is absolutely outstanding, inside and out. We love the location for easy access to the Legacy Trail just a half mile away, ideal for walking and biking. And it's right on the water with easy access for kayaking. The hosts are right next door, and readily available should you need anything. Five stars all around!

Perfect Little Getaway

This was a work trip for us but this home made it so much more enjoyable. After working 10 hour days this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and cook a great meal to eat out back with the waterfront view.

Great home in a wonderful location.

This was our second time staying at this home and we loved it both times. The place is clean, comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. We loved being able to kayak every day and the location was very convenient to the bike path.

Beautiful Home

This was our second time staying here and it will not be our last. Schane & Christine are wonderful hosts. We have stayed at quite a few properties in Florida, but this is by far our favorite. You can't go wrong with this quiet and peaceful location.
