“The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. One desk clerk remembered my dog’s name and spoke to us every time we came or went . Another offered to carry ice up to the room for me because my hands were full.”

“Loved this hotel. We had a rough first night because of the front desk staff ( VICTORIA) smh. She was terrible and super rude. After speaking to the supervisor the next morning everything went much better. Marquis was so cool and nice and Saleema was the best! She showed us where to go for fun and gave us plenty of ideas to make the best of our weekend. She was so sweet. I would definitely stay there again as long as Victoria isn’t working. ”
“Honestly a beautiful hotel all around. The staff is nice and helpful but there were a few of times there wasn’t anyone there. The room was really nice and the vibe of the lobby/cafe/bar were great. The one thing that really threw me off was when we were arriving to the property was seeing the overhead thing by the main entrance was damaged and a random garbage bag in the parking lot. As our stay continued we would see a lot of deliveries being made to the front and so it was probably one of them……
